I am so happy to be sharing this Allison Inn and Spa Wedding that took place this year. For as long as Anna could remember, she had envisioned her wedding day to be a garden party! The ceremony being outside was never a question, but when COVID hit and the reception plans had to change, they were so thankful the garden inspiration remained the same— light, airy, fresh, and romantic. Throughout the planning process, Anna and Spencer wanted each aspect of the wedding to have a significant impact. After they were forced to cut the number of people by over half, they knew the florals, food, and cake, and overall experience could still be the same. Anna envisioned a big dress, a big cake, and a night that everyone would remember. She wanted to be in awe walking into the wedding, and I can assure you she definitely was!
Anna told me her jaw dropped when she saw the gigantic floral chandelier and the tables with lush flowers and Glassybabies running down the center with tall candelabras! She said she remembers thinking that it was the most beautiful garden party she had ever seen.
With a lot of the guests traveling from Texas and other parts of the South, this couple wanted to show off Oregon’s beauty. The green trees and hills of the wine country that surrounds The Allison are so different than any other place we could have chosen. And it was the perfect location
