Old St. Hilary’s San Francisco Wedding | Corey + Chris

The story of how I met Corey dates back about six years ago when Corey’s best friend, Lauren, was a bridesmaid in a wedding I photographed in Malibu. This was where she was first introduced to my work. Corey and Lauren started to follow along my journey and in Corey’s words ” As soon as I get engaged someday, Amanda HAS to photograph my wedding!”.

Fast forward 5 years, when Corey met Chris…they fell in love and Corey finally reached out to discuss having me photograph her upcoming wedding and engagement session. Needless to say, we were instant friends. Corey is one of those people that EVERYONE loves and she LOVES everyone. Truly one of the most joyful and loving brides I have ever worked with.

When it came time to arrange the details for their special day, Corey and Chris hosted their East and West coast families in San Fransisco and had the most beautiful spiritual ceremony at Old St. Hilary’s. (A church that was built back in 1888), complete with the ringing of the bell after the ceremony. The weather was incredibly beautiful for a January day, and the party continued at Stone Tree Golf Club.

This couple has left a lasting impression on my heart, and I will be forever grateful to have been a part of their journey!
