Being invited into the extraordinary lives of people is an incredible privilege. The images I create capture the true essence of the human spirit and the art of being in love, resulting in evocative imagery you will cherish for a lifetime.

Oregon Vineyard Wedding | Amanda + Nick
AK: So tell us! How did you two meet?
A+N: Our friend, Christina, set us up on a blind date. We hit it off… but we didn’t exchange numbers. He made the effort to get my number from Christina that night. Our first real date was at Bitter Bar in Boulder, CO. Even though we were meeting for drinks, drinks turned into dinner, which turned into drinking absinthe. A night we didn’t want to end.
AK: Tell us about the proposal!
A+N: It was a surprise. Nick had planned a relaxed morning… then Amanda scheduled a doctors appointment. We had a leisurely brunch then around 1pm, Nick declared it was time to get in the car. He had prepared the car the night before with gear to camp, Amanda’s favorite foods, and the proposal accoutrements. They drove 4 hours to the Painted Hills (a bucket list item!). With Nick’s excellent planning, they arrived at sunset for a hilltop proposal with an amazing overlook at to themselves.
