AN ARCHIVE OF love stories
Heather and Jarrod’s rustic outdoor Five Pine Lodge wedding was the perfect mix of modern black and white details contrasted with the Pacific Northwest beautiful nature backdrop.
Here’s Heather’s inspiration for her wedding day and how they decided to get married at Five Pine Lodge:
“I love how clean black and white is, and I love mixed metal. We knew we wanted to get married outdoors, and ideally a destination. In the end we decided to stay in the country close to home, but chose to get married near Bend, in Sisters, due to our love for the area and how beautiful it is over there. The rustic outdoor space was a perfect contrast to the black, white, and mixed metal theme. The flowers were all white and sat in clear vases with mixed metal candles and smaller vases as an accent. We had another venue booked that backed out 5 months before the wedding, and Five Pine happened to have an opening on the original date of our wedding! We toured the next weekend, and fell in love with the grounds. They were breathtaking in the summer with the tall wild flowers and stream that ran through the wedding site.”
Enjoy!
From the couple:
We had so much fun with Amanda! From the windy Central Oregon engagement shoot, to the wedding day candid shots, Amanda did a great job putting us at ease. We chose Amanda due to her unique style of capturing the subjects in nature. Her ability to snap the perfect shot that not only showcases the subjects, but also the beautiful surrounding nature areas, is unmatched!
